Take I-40 west to Hwy 421 north through Yadkinville, and then take I-77 north to Hwy 21 bypass north towards Sparta (Exit 83 will exit left off I-77). Travel approximately 2.2 miles then turn right at the light on Poplar Springs Rd. Travel 1.2 miles then left on Country Club Rd. Cedarbrook Country Club will be just ahead on the left.

From Charlotte

I-77 south to the CC Camp Rd. exit (Exit 85). Turn right at the top of the ramp onto CC Camp Rd. Turn onto Hwy 21 north and turn right at the first light onto Poplar Springs Rd. Travel 1.2 miles then left on Country Club Rd. Cedarbrook Country Club will be just ahead on the left.
